WHEN: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday April 24th, 2010 (May 1, 2010 Rain date)

WHERE: ISM.Inc. 2a Huntsman Place Asheville NC 28803 (Map) (across from Biltmore Iron & Metal)

• ENTRANTS Can start checking in at 9:00 am
• ALL Entrants should check in no later than 10:30 am
• 10 Classes & Best In Show
• Judging is planned to start at 12:00
• Kids Choice Award (all kids 15 & under eligible)
  Sign up at club tent
• Independent Judging by volunteers from "Hope For Horses" & ISM
• Club Members eligible for all awards
• Awards will be announced at 3:00 pm
• Raffles drawn at 3:30

Note: this is a tentative schedule and may be changed as needed.

You will be responsible for cleanup of your space. All trash etc. will need to be disposed of properly.
